| Background | Cytosolic 10-formyltetrahydrofolate dehydrogenase (ALDH1L1) is a ~98 kDa protein. Cytosolic 10-formyltetrahydrofolate dehydrogenase that catalyzes the NADP(+)-dependent conversion of 10-formyltetrahydrofolate to tetrahydrofolate and carbon dioxide.
