| Product Description | The MAR1-5A3 monoclonal antibody recognizes mouse IFNAR-1, one of the two subunits (with IFNAR-2) that form the Type I interferon receptor complex expressed on most cells. This receptor mediates IFN-α/β–driven antiviral, antimicrobial, antitumor, and immunoregulatory responses, influencing activation, proliferation, and differentiation across diverse cell types. MAR1-5A3 effectively blocks Type I IFN receptor signaling in vitro and in vivo. |
