| Product Description | The 1A8 monoclonal antibody recognizes mouse Ly6G, a 21–25 kDa GPI-anchored Ly-6 family protein involved in cell signaling and adhesion. Ly6G is expressed during myeloid development and is maintained on mature granulocytes and peripheral neutrophils, making it a reliable marker for these populations. Unlike RB6-8C5, 1A8 is highly specific for Ly6G and shows no reported cross-reactivity with Ly6C. |
