It binds strongly to the SEA domain 5 tandem repeat region of MUC16, reduces pancreatic cancer (PDAC) cell migration, and mediates tumor cell killing via ADCC and CDC. In orthotopic PDAC mouse models, AR9.6 significantly decreases tumor growth and proliferation. |
